Jeuveau is derived from the same type of substance as Botox. It is the most recent product of this kind to  be approved by the FDA to treat glabellar lines, also known as “11 lines,” These are the vertical lines between the eyebrows caused by frowning, scowling, squinting, ‘worrying’, and furrowing your brow.

A neuromodulator™  – like Botox & Dysport – Jeuveau is designed to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles by relaxing the muscles that cause those wrinkles.  Jeuveau™ blocks that signal from the brain from reaching your muscles, helping them to  relax and stop making the movements that cause wrinkles.

Our doctors will administer very precise Jeuveau™ injections into the areas selected for treatment. The results will be apparent in a few days with continued smoothing of the skin occurring for a few weeks after the first treatment. You will still be able to laugh, smile, or frown, but without the wrinkles. The duration of effect is between four and six months, and long-term maintenance of smooth skin can be achieved by repeated treatments.
