Dark Circles Under The Eyes? Tear Trough Correction May Be A Solution For You.

Dark circles under the eyes are one of the more common problems we face as we age. In fact, it’s one of the first signs of aging and may be present in your adults as early as their 20’s.

The treatment for this cosmetic concern can be frustrating: getting more sleep, applying various eye creams, spa treatments, and etc may not produce the most satisfying results.

One of the reasons for these dark circles may be an anatomic issue called prominent tear trough. This abnormality can create a shadow effect under the eye that produces a tired, lethargic look with dark circles.

The good news is that a simple procedure with fillers such as restylane, juvederm or belotero can help. During this procedure, I will inject the area with a filler substance and this, in turn, will decrease the appearance of the tear trough and the dark circles under the eyes.
